Are your products fresh?
All the products sold in the Online Store are certainly fresh. The shelf life of the products and the term of their safe use are regulated by the EC Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetics. If the shelf life of a cosmetic product exceeds 30 months, it must carry an image of an open cosmetic jar which indicates the term for its safe use in months after the container is opened. The cosmetic products with shelf life under 30 months display the term of safe use as the best before date on the product container.
Do I have to register to place an order?
You do not necessarily have to register to place an order on the web page Meliora Beauty Shop. Still, we recommend you create an account, which will allow you to monitor the history of your purchases as well as view and change your contact data. You will be able to place the following orders faster and easier if some of the fields have been pre-filled.
Can I make changes in my order if I have already made the payment?
Unfortunately, you cannot, but you can cancel the order immediately after placing it if you have noticed there is a mistake. To cancel the order, please call the customer support service of Meliora Beauty Shop on +372 5555 34 74 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much time will the delivery of my order take?
If you place an order between Monday and 15:00 on Friday, it will be delivered in 1–3 days. The orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, on Saturday/Sunday or public holiday will be delivered on the 2nd or 3rd business day after order placement.
What are the terms of payment?
You can pay for your order in the Online Store Meliora Beauty Shop using online banking services.
Can I return the products I have purchased?
Yes, of course. Your right to return goods within 14 days applies to the products you buy in our store. The products you return must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
When will I receive the refund after returning products to the seller?
Meliora Beauty Shop transfers the refund to the client within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned product.
Can any products be returned?
No. Cosmetic products in opened packaging cannot be returned. Neither can a customer return the products for which it cannot be made clear whether they have been used or not.
